Mathieu Labey, one of Wheelskeep’s two co-founders, explains it this way: “The company started from a very simple observation. For citizens to want to use their bicycles, they need to be able to secure them during their activities.” He adds, “Also, with the rise of electric-assist bicycles, cyclists quickly find themselves burdened with their helmets and batteries, which is not very practical.”
