What do I need to park in a Wheelskeep parking lot?
All you need is a mobile number capable of receiving SMS messages. The service will send you SMS messages in the language of the country code of your mobile number.
Do I have to register online?
There’s no need to fill in a form, just give us your mobile number, which we’ll use to send you the exit validation code by SMS.
Do I need to reserve my place in advance?
There’s no need to reserve your parking space in advance, as Wheelskeep makes sure that its parking lots are well sized to accommodate the ever-increasing number of low-carbon mobility vehicles.
Do I have to download an application to my smartphone?
We recommend the Wheelskeep app for faster access control via secure QRCode from the app.
You can also use the web and mobile site to register without downloading the application.

Can I park without a padlock?
Yes ! Wheelskeep has been designed to free up your time, so that regulars don’t have to take their padlocks! Come lighter, in a group or with the family, without a lock on your bike, and park worry-free.
Can I park my bike by giving my landline number?
You can’t receive SMS messages from a landline number, and we can’t secure your bike in this way: please take care of your security on our services!
What do I do if my phone runs out of battery power to receive the outgoing SMS?
Exit checks will take longer! We will verify by other means that you are in possession of your vehicle. Even though we’ll first offer to recharge it on our batteries, if you really have lost it, we promise we have solutions and won’t make your day any worse : )
How can I find out the opening and closing times of the parking lots in advance?
You can find all Wheelskeep parking lots on this page, and find out which ones are open soon in blue and which ones are already open in green. Timetables and details are displayed by clicking on the points shown on the Wheelskeep parking map.
If you’ve already parked in a Wheelskeep parking lot, you’ve already received the schedule in your check-in confirmation SMS.
Do you have any tools for adjusting or repairing my bike?
At a Wheelskeep bike park, you’ll always find standard tools and spare parts, inner tubes and brake cables.
What do you do with the last bike that doesn’t leave on time?
Of the more than 300,000 bicycles parked in our parking lots, less than a hundred have forgotten their bikes after the hour, and we’ve called them and dealt with the exceptional situation. Cyclists take their precious bikes home with them, while they still can!
Do you need electricity to install a parking lot?
No, the Wheelskeep parking lots are self-powered to light the reception and exit points of the parking lot, via bicycle batteries recharged with solar electricity.
How do users know when the parking lot closes?
Users are informed of parking lot closing times in the confirmation SMS they receive when they check in their bike.
