Welcome keeper!
Instructions for the job day:
- Download the Wheelskeep app, only available with phones in English, French and Spanish:
- Any kind of problem, send to WSK a screenshot and a little description of the issue + your phone model
- Once you registered, you can become a keeper and usually you will see your shifts activated with your daily work time
- All vehicles are welcomed except the motorbikes
- You will do a checkin by phone number, but you can register as many bikes as they have in case they will leave all together
- Please, think of bringing water or food if you want! We don’t provide it
Once you arrive to the parking:
- Shift in
- Set up zigzag barriers (to avoid the wind)
- Set up the arcs one by one in groups of 3 and separated by 50cm +-
- A manager keeper opens the boxes with the master Lock app, he must be invited by WSK
- In the boxes you will find:
- tent
- automatic and manual inflator
- banners for barriers
- your T-Shirts, K-Ways and cups
- ropes blue and black for attaching the tent
- battery with an usb cable connection
- rubbish
- spare reparation parts
- Inflate the tent automatically and at the end by hand, always in the same stopper
- Once it is inflated as its maximum you can bring it between 2 people to the entrance that a manager will decide
- The black boxes will be the support of the tent, so:
- Put them out of the metal structure that transports them
- Put them one in front of the other one, with the breaks on in each inner side of the tent
- During the parking time they will be close but not locked, so you can leave your personal belongings inside
Set up of the tent:
- For the security of the tent, you put 4 blue ropes attaching the box, tent, and the braked metal structure, 2 in each side by the floor
- 4 black ropes attaching the tent to the metal structure or something heavy close to it, to more security of the tent (2 in each side by the top)
- All the ropes has to be attached with the buckle facing up
During the parking always must be one person at the entrance, and you all have a look at all the parking. The goal is to keep all the bikes safe.
Start checkins:
- A little optional welcome sentence, something like this: “Hello, welcome to Wheelskeep parking, no worries about your bike, it will be safe”
- Ask for the prefix number
- Your photos, if possible, in vertical. We don’t take photos of people faces
- You can advise the clients to download the app so they don’t need to give you their numbers. This is specially for VIP
- Before letting people coming in the parking, make sure they have received the SMS
- If it takes long, you just take a photo and let them come in
Checkouts:
- Ask for the prefix number
- If your app doesn’t send any code, you just take a photo of the bike
In case of queue of people, all the keepers stay at the entrance in file doing all the checkins
Pick up of the parking:
- Put the empty boxes in the metal mobile structures
- Set up the arcs in the metal structure one by one in group of 5×5, to put them straight
- Take the banners of the barriers out
- Deflate the tent and put it back in its bag, inside the box
- Pile the barriers the same way as they were when you deployed them
Charge of the truck (chauffer):
- If there is no zendwick: charge the arcs in the camion, then the empty boxes and charge them at the camion. Only the managers can open it.
- If there is zendwick: put the half of the arcs + one black box in one of the metal structure and the other half + one black box in the other metal structure
Shift out
- Whenever your shift is finished, take a photo of the empty and clean parking and click in the app the button to shift out.
- Leave your uniform inside the boxes.
The payment will arrive at the end of the month.
